SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, including a tracking number. You can click on this number or alternatively enter the number on the shipping company’s site.
How many days does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times are dependent on the shipping destination and courier. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns section for more information, or alternatively contact us on contact@amcaoval.com.
Is my product insured?
Yes, all our products are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst transit from our warehouse, until the package is in your hands. When your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address they are no longer covered by insurance.
Can I ship my order to another country?
Yes. Simply send us an email on contact@amcaoval.com , our team will give you the price and delay for the delivery !

Which currency will I be charged in?
Amca Oval’s prices are displayed in Euro, and when making your purchase the daily rate exchange provided by your bank will be implemented.
How will I know if you’ve received my order?
As soon as you place your order you should receive an order confirmation email, as well as an order success message on checkout. If you haven’t received one, please get in touch with contact@amcaoval.com.
I’ve added the wrong shipping address. How do I change it?
Please email contact@amcaoval.com with your order number and correct address within 1 hour of placing the order. We cannot guarantee being able to change it past this time period but we will try our best

Are your products vegan?
we use only recycle and upcylce deadstock material to build all our collection, they are not vegan
our mindset is to use everything we can found on earth to build beautiful things
Are your products sustainable?
All of our product manufacturing takes place in the same geographical area, ensuring our pieces don’t travel during the production process.
We work exclusively with noble, circular upcycling raw material from dead stock
our first RTW collection is made of 100% knitwear, made in France and Italie to reduce the carbon footprint. Every detail has been thought out to extend the life cycle of our pieces, if cared for properly.
Each of our items is packaged in a premium, solid paper board box, which is meant to hold your top and retain its quality for longer. Our boxes are made in Paris, using 100% recycled paper board, and completely free from plastic.
The tops are folded between deadstock, acid-free tissue paper, without any print.
Our logo is embossed by our traditional parisien craftmen atelier, 11eme arrondissemnt
How do I take care of my top?
to extend the life of your AMCAOVAL top, store in its own original box, in a dry place, untied and folded flat. Avoid contact with water and other chemicals, and dry clean it professionally when needed.
Avoid hangers !
Can I iron my Top?
Choose professional dry cleaning when possible. If you wish to get rid of fold lines or creases, gently steam your product. no iron
Can I wash my top in the washing machine?
We do not recommend washing your top in the washing machine. If your top needs cleaning, we recommend having it professionally dry cleaned, or gently steamed.
