Hand knotted handmade rug
Conceived as works to be lived, each rug is designed by Alexis Alexis Martial and hand-knotted in collaboration with a cooperative of women from the Middle Atlas in Morocco, who, in the greatest tradition, use locally sourced virgin wool. This artisanal work on cotton weft highlights ancestral know-how in the service of a contemporary design inspired by the "Shaggy Rugs" of the 70s.
Care & Maintenance
Marseille soap on a damp sponge. The colors are dyed on natural fibers in an artisanal way, do not use industrial cleaning products (even those intended for delicate textiles). Expect a return of wool fluff in the first few months inherent in traditional spinning of the fiber.
